ABOUT ALION BALTIC INTERNATIONAL MUSIC FESTIVAL
Located in Tallinn Estonia, The Alion Baltic International Music
Festival and summer Academy is one of the top rapidly developing
classical music festivals in Northern Europe, noted for its diverse
concert programming and its musical education of young-adult music
students. Annually, the ABIMF presents a 3 weeks-long summer season,
which includes more than 25 classical music events—including concerts
by 2 orchestras in-residence, The Alion Baltic International Orchestra,
solo and chamber music performances, an opera production, master
classes, educative career seminars, and children’s programs — and
draws in over 2,000 audience members, including tourists from around the

ALION BALTIC INTERNATIONAL ORCHESTRA PROGRAM – 2019
Students for Strings, Winds/Brass, and Percussion have opportunity to be
part of ALION BALTIC CHAMBER ORCHESTRA, combined from professionals from
Estonian National Orchestra, Mariinsky, talented Estonian students and
international students coming to the festival. The orchestra will
perform 3 concerts full of symphonic works. Students will learn the
repertoire and excerpts for the auditions to top orchestras.
